Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s tweet about digging underground tunnels for traffic seemed innocent enough. Really, who hasn’t sent an angry tweet from standstill traffic about digging giant holes to drive around—er, under—everybody? But he wasn’t joking. He added “tunnels” to his Twitter bio.

It started out just like any other annoyed traffic rant on Saturday: with Musk tweeting about the obvious corrections to the system that we’ve all dreamed (and probably tweeted) about making.
Of course, making decisions while you’re all upset isn’t a good idea. Building a giant mole machine to dig tunnels no exception to that. So, after about an hour of sitting on that thought, here came Musk and his tunnel plans.
In case you still thought he was joking, he wasn’t.
And there’s the kicker. Elon Musk is going to dig traffic tunnels, so you and all of the other angry people sitting in traffic don’t have to.
