The speculation is over. Scott Frost is the new head football coach at the University of Nebraska.
Several reports indicated that the move was imminent as Frost was coaching Central Florida to a win during the AAC conference championship game on Saturday. When Frost was asked about the reports after the game, he would only say that he wanted to talk to his team first.
Then Nebraska released this video, welcoming Frost home, and making the move official. The video includes audio of Frost speaking after the 1997 Orange Bowl where he quarterbacked Nebraska to the 1997 national championship.
