Acer unveiled the Liquid Zest Plus last month, a smartphone that, at the time, had one of the biggest batteries we’d ever heard of. Now it’s ready to launch with a price tag that won’t empty that ol’ wallet of yours.
Acer’s Liquid Zest Plus packs a 5,000mAh battery and promises up to 3 days of battery life. That’s a pretty compelling promise, considering I’m still charging most smartphones every night or every day and a half. It’ll cost you just $200, too, though that won’t exactly buy you a flagship smartphone. You’re looking at a 5.5-inch screen with a 720p resolution, a 1.3GHz processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. There’s a microSD card slot if you want to bump that storage up a hair, though.
Not bad, I’m going to be tempted to grab one when it launches in July just for the battery life alone.
