Apple on Monday released iOS 9.3 beta 3, edging closer to a wider release to consumers. We’re still digging through the update to see what new features are available, but on first impression it looks like Apple is simply fine-tuning the features it introduced in the first iOS 9.3 beta, which included a more secure Notes, and Night Shift, an app that works a lot like F.lux for Mac.
In addition, iOS 9.3 also introduces new 3D Touch shortcuts for Apple’s stock apps; you can see much of what the beta offers in the video below. If we find any big new additions to beta 3, we’ll be sure to update this post. Let us know if you spot anything worth discussing.
Update: Users are reporting the newest beta introduces Wi-Fi calling to Verizon subscribers.
