Brad Keselowski perfected the art of a backwards NASCAR pitstop Sunday afternoon at Talladega Superspeedway. Being that Keselowski had the first pit box on pit road, he came in and overshot the entrance. By stepping on the binders with the wheel turned, the car locked up and spun. By sheer force of luck, Keselowski’s car lined up perfectly in the pit box and he was able to legally complete the pit stop within the regulations NASCAR provided. The stop was slightly slower, as the fuel man had to run around to the other side, but then Brad was able to light up the rear tires, flip the car around, and continue on down pit road unfazed. Simply amazing.
