I remember the first time I realized that I had inadvertently walked into the internet.

I was at Club Loose for the first time, at a drift meet at Englishtown back in 2013. They were playing, I think, the WildBoyz theme on a sound system while LS-swapped Nissans smoked their way around the road course. There was very little to tell me that I was not, in fact, inside a YouTube video.
These moments of crossing in between on and offline have become more frequent for me in the years since. Hm. Better said: the difference between the two has become increasingly blurred. How I talk. How I piece thoughts together in my mind and the things that jump out into my vision. I wonder how many times I’ve said things to people that made no sense to them at all. I wonder how many times I’ve failed to pick up on any of it. Sometimes what works in the digital world doesn’t translate into our physical one.
And then, sometimes it does.
Today we watched Scott McLaughlin outbrake himself through a hole in the space-time continuum and ended up ahead of Mark Winterbottom at a recent Aussie Supercars race. Hm.

Where have we seen this before? Ah, right:
Indeed, LateCall. Indeed. Sometimes the line gets hazy and you finally see things as they are. Here is an unrelated song for us to mull over:
Have a good evening, all.
