This is going to be hard to believe, everybody, but someone on the internet had a nuanced but even and sensible take on Tesla.
This came up today when we were discussing how the Model 3 is so good at crash tests, even though it sort of defies conventional wisdom that having a big engine in front of you makes you safer.

Tesla has its other problems, to be sure, problems that are not always well-discussed thanks to the cult of personality around its problematic billionaire no-longer-CEO Elon Musk. But reader G42dog stands above the fray with a very reasonable assessment of Tesla the company:
