Yesterday was so crazy that I forgot to update my MacBook to the latest software. If, like me, you forgot to do so, here’s a gentle reminder. Apple released the latest OS X 10.11.4 version of its software on Monday. That wasn’t all, the company also launched new software for the Apple Watch and iOS 9.3 for IOS devices.
OS X 10.11.4 isn’t a huge release, but there are definitely some changes worth noting. You’ll find that Live Photos can now be transferred from an iOS device to your Mac using AirDrop, which is convenient and keeps those animated pictures intact. Notes, like in iOS 9.3, has been updated and now features password protection. Safari has a bug fix that prevented it from loading shortened “t.co” links, and iBooks gained support for sharing PDFs to iCloud.
You should find the update on your Mac now.
