Sprint will launch the HTC 10 on May 13, the carrier confirmed on Friday. The device will be available for $0 down with 24 monthly payments of $26. You can order it online, over the phone or by heading to your local Sprint store next month.
The HTC 10 is a great device, packing premium hardware like a Quad HD display, a Snapdragon 820 chip, and a powerful 12-megapixel rear camera with optical image stabilization and laser autofocus. It also boasts a pretty sleek design with chamfered edges and a unibody metal frame. It’s not water-resistant like the Galaxy S7, but for the most part it’s a worthy competitor to Samsung’s latest flagship phone.
Sprint didn’t say if the device would be available off-contract or how much that might cost. HTC is currently selling the new phone unlocked for $700, but that model only supports AT&T and T-Mobile networks. There’s also a Verizon version available straight from HTC, but Sprint customers will have to wait two more weeks to get their hands on the new handset.
