Britain is short of housing and prices are soaring. But this isn’t a problem for the super-wealthy.

In fact, one of the latest properties to go on the market via Harrods Estates is a two-floor penthouse in one of the most affluent areas in London. Incredibly, it has a living room larger than the size of the average home in Britain.

For £12.95 million, you can buy the Wolfe House duplex apartment that merges two flats into one.
