Apple just released the fourth beta of iOS 10.2. This suggests we’re moving along quite smoothly to the gold master, or even the final, release of iOS 10.2.
iOS 10.2 packs several new features including a couple of new wallpapers, more than 70 new emoji, a new Celebration animation inside of iMessage and more. It’s likely it will also squash bugs and performance issues that are still floating around in iOS 10.1.1, like a battery bug that’s apparently plaguing users.
Developers should find the release in the Apple Developer portal now. Folks using the Consumer Preview versions of iOS 10.2 beta 3 should find the update available sometime tomorrow, given that Apple typically releases that version 24 hours later.
