Less than a week after Sonos rolled out Apple Music integration, Apple has introduced a new ad to promote the partnership. It features Killer Mike from Run the Jewels, Annie Clark from St. Vincent, and Matt Berninger from The National who tell us how awesome music is.
“Turning on music in your house is almost like turning on the lights in your house,” Clark says — while Killer Mike refers to silence as “the enemy of a happy home.” Fortunately for them, there’s Apple Music and Sonos.
With the latest Sonos update, Apple Music users can now stream their favorite songs and albums to the wireless speakers around their home. To get started, you simply have to download the latest version of the Sonos apps and connect your Apple Music account.
You will need an Apple Music subscription, which is priced at $9.99 a month for individuals and $14.99 a month for families — but you can enjoy a three-month free trial if you haven’t already. That should give you enough time to decide whether or not it’s worth it.
Spoiler: It totally is!
