As usual, Microsoft will kick off their official E3 proceedings on a Monday this year, and they’ve announced the exact date and time for their annual conference.
The conference will begin on Monday, June 13, at 9:30 a.m. PT. Microsoft says the conference will show off “the newest games, tech, and features” for Xbox One and Windows 10.
One interesting wrinkle to this is that Apple’s WWDC keynote begins at 10 a.m., just half an hour later. Together, the two should stop just short of crippling the internet in America.
Microsoft’s conference can be watched on the Xbox website, on Xbox consoles, on the Xbox Twitch channel, and on Spike TV. We expect Gears of War 4 to figure heavily into the show. Rumors are flying around of a substantial hardware announcement as well. We’re hoping they’ll lower a car from the ceiling again, too, or maybe Phil Spencer will fly in wearing a jetpack.
We’ll find out at 9:30 a.m. on July 13.
