Well, if people are buying these things, no need to stop making them, I guess. Microsoft has announced a $249.99 Gears of War 4 Collector’s Edition that will include extra swag along with the game, which almost seems like the bonus item at this point.
For $190 extra, here is what gamers will get from the package:
- A copy of the game
- Gears of War 4: Ultimate Edition SteelBook and Season Pass
- JD Fenix on COG Bike Premium Statue (11 inches in length)
- Frag Grenade key chain (6 inches in length)
- In-game bonus content: Includes three Gears Crates
- Premium Packaging Box
For those who don’t need the figurine, an “Ulimate Edition” will include everything else for $99.99, and an “Outsider Variant” will feature all of the same items with a different jacket on your main character.
Gears of War 4 will be released for the Xbox One on Oct. 11.
