In case you missed all the hype and advertising, Blizzard’s upcoming shooter Overwatch is set to release this month. It’s gone through several closed beta phases recently, but that’s all about to change on Thursday.
Overwatch‘s open beta begins on Thursday, May 5, 2016. It will start at 7pm ET on that day, though those who pre-purchased the game and received a code will be able to play the beta starting at 7pm ET on May 3.
In order to further amp up the playerbase, Blizzard released a new short starting the lovable and tanky Winston. You can see that directly below.
You know, there’s so much interesting stuff happening with the Overwatch universe that this is one game that might push me to check out the comics as they release. Anyone else getting that feeling?
