Following a marketing blitz earlier this week, in which we got a brand newSuicide Squad trailer, Warner Bros. on Thursday announced official release dates for Wonder Woman and Justice League Part One.
We actually got the briefest look at Wonder Woman’s solo adventure thanks to a special (below) on The CW, showing the Amazonian superheroine protecting humans across a few different eras.
“We’re going to see her coming of age,” said Gal Gadot, who plays Wonder Woman. “The entire history.”
We’re going to get our first glimpse of the character in action in Batman v Superman, before her official solo debut on June 23, 2017. If that wasn’t enough, we’ll get to see her yet again when Justice League Part One comes out on Nov. 17, 2017.
Warner Bros. is currently in hyper DC world-building mode, kicking off with Batman v Superman in March, with many more to come, including movies for Aquaman, Flash and Green Lantern.
