Sure, it’s taking them a while. But, Yacht Club Games is slowly developing the campaigns they promised for the bad guys in Shovel Knight as free additional combat. We recently received the glorious Plague Knight, and now two more are in development.
Thanks to a tweet, we know Yacht Club is hard at work on Specter Knight and King Knight’s campaigns. They even shared a GIF of King Knight in action.

We have no idea when these bits of DLC will release. Pick up the game if you haven’t already, though. Shovel Knight is absolutely one of my favorites. It’s been out for a while, and you can nab it on the Nintendo 3DS, Wii U, PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PS Vita and Xbox One. You can even get it on the Amazon Fire TV, if that’s your bag.
