Spider-Man: Homecoming trailer features an Iron Man team up

Tom Holland’s Spider-Man just wants to save the world, you know? I mean, he’s a cool teen and therefore old enough to make his own decisions. So, if there’s a big scary monster guy wreaking havoc on New York City, he’s going to do something about it.

Apparently, not if Tony Stark has anything to say about it.

After making his MCU debut in Captain America: Civil War, Spider-Man’s itch for fighting crime has only gotten worse. But Tony Stark, who took young Spidey under his wing in Civil War, has other ideas for Peter Parker. Clearly, Tony has become Peter’s surrogate father.

Which is both good and bad. Good because it means we’ll see plenty of Iron Man in Spidey’s solo adventure—that shot at the end is such a tease! Bad because it means we’ll see Spider-Man deal with the familiar “I just want to help” emotions we see so often in film.
