You don’t really hear people talk about the Ferrari 348, but some people at a RM Sothebys auction will be talking about this 1990 Ferrari 348 TB Zagato Elaborazione, which took the regular car and added a bunch of circular lights.
This yellow 348 TB Zagato was actually the first of its kind, and the show floor prototype at the 1991 Geneva Motor Show, according to its RM Sothebys auction listing.
All of Zagato’s modifications were mostly aesthetic at the time, swapping in a signature double-bubble roof panel, a glass cover for the 300 horsepower quad-cam V8, bigger cooling “strakes” down the profile, O.Z. Racing wheels, six circular rear taillights, two circular fog lights surrounding either side of the Ferrari logo, which is also flanked by two strange “microphone” looking features in the bumper.

The car has only had one owner who’s driven it 19,500 kilometers, or roughly 12,100 miles, and was kept it in original condition, according to the listing. It’s only one of ten total 348 TB Zagato Elaborazione examples in the world, and it’s extremely cool.
There’s no word on how much it’s expected to auction for on May 25, but quite frankly it’ll probably much less than I think it’s worth, if that counts for anything.
