Lincoln brought the Continental back, finally, with plans to make American luxury great again later this year starting at $45,485.

Let’s mix it up and start with the most expensive version, because the only car that deserves the Continental name should be the one with the everything.

The “Black Label” is the most expensive, starting at $63,840 but growing to $69,105 if you get it kitted out with the 400 horsepower 3.0 liter V6, and the price keeps climbing if you get all the bells and whistles.

It’s available with six unique color options on top of the existing ten that come with the lower trim models. How something called the “Black Label” comes in 16 different colors is confusing, but this is America, and we Americans love choices.

The Select trim starts at $48,440 with an option to upgrade its base-level 3.7 liter V6 for the 2.7 liter EcoBoost, bumping up the tag to $50,690. The Select Plus trim with Sync 3 and blind-spot warning adds $1,255. Finally, the entry level Premiere trim gets the 3.7 liter V6 starting at $45,485.

Lincoln will offer five different package options for the Select, Reserve, and Black Label including a climate package for $695, technology package for $3,105, and a Rear Seat package for $4,300 available only on the Reserve and Black Label trims. You can also spec individual upgrades like the 30-way adjustable seats.

The Detroit News reports that Lincoln could make around 30,000 Contintentals annually along side the Mustang and Fusion at the company’s Flat Rock Assembly plant.

Now, can anyone quote me a suicide door conversion cost?
