If you’ve ever wanted to combine the practicality and transportation potential of a car with the vomit-inducing experience of a cheap fairground ride, this Ford Ka wedged to spin freely between two giant wheels is perfect for the masochist commuter.
This horrifying orange and black creation is the work of the folks behind the Master Milo YouTube channel. It’s a European Ford Ka hatchback chopped in half and rigged to be what’s called a diwheel, or dicycle, which is basically just any vehicle where the driver sits between two large, parallel powered wheels.
The result is essentially the front half of a front-wheel drive car powering the front wheels, which then make traction within the tracks of the larger fabricated ring wheels to move the ungainly body around.
There are a few other inner-wheels mounted on the external caging for weight support and stability as the cab rocks around within the wheel tracks. It has customized brakes, using two handles on either side of the driver, which are also used steer the machine.

The trouble is that once you let off the power, the momentum causes the cabin to flip around wildly as the contraption rolls forward, making for an unpredictable and ungainly driving experience that’s exactly like one of those fair rides specifically designed to make teenagers on dates regret spending the $20 their mom gave them on all that funnel cake before riding.
In a safe and controlled environment, the RollKa seems like a fun time, in moderation. As for a form of transportation, it clearly sucks ass. It’s probably the worst car ever made. I love it.
