It should surprise nobody that legendary rapper Tupac Shakur rolled in style. Check out this awesome Hummer H1, which a Boston-based auction house claims was 2Pac’s final vehicle purchase before his untimely death in 1996. If you’re a frivolous spender who’s okay with buying a highly compromised vehicle, and you’re a big fan of the rapper from Harlem, get on this.
This is the same Hummer H1 we wrote about nearly nine years ago. The story goes that Shakur bought the car a month before his murder, and that the big Hummer sat in storage after Pac (reportedly..) left this earth for hip-hop heaven.
BET later raffled the truck off in 2003, but the winner ended up selling it back into 2Pac’s family shortly thereafter. Then the H1 was auctioned again in 2010, and now the current owner is selling it through an auction house that says it expects “$100,000+” for the vehicle.

It’s probably safe to say she’ll get more than just 100 large, because back in 2007, the Ebay auction was selling the same vehicle for $200,000, and it had 14,000 miles then.
Now, the auction site says, the car has 10,100 miles. Now I’m no engineer (okay, yes I am), but I’m pretty sure that’s not how odometers work, so clearly there’s some misinformation, here. The auction house says the odometer reading from the 2007 Ebay auction was likely wrong, but regardless, the thing is extremely low mileage. And that’s a good thing, as H1s aren’t exactly the most reliable vehicles.

As for the specs, the H1 has the standard 6.5-liter turbodiesel and automatic transmission, but was modified—allegedly by Shakur himself—with 38-inch tires on Dick Cepek wheels, off-road lights, a rotating spotlight, a grille guard, diamond-plated bumpers, external PA system with sires, a 12,000 pound winch
On the inside, this thing was loaded; it’s got wood with beige leather seats, a 12-disc CD player, AC, power windows—the lot. But of course it’s loaded, it was owned by one of the greatest rappers in hip-hop history.
