Ready to play some Uncharted and yell at your friends? Maybe the better question is when are we ever not ready to do such things?
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End‘s code is complete. That means the game is being played by focus testers as it approaches its release. Creative Director Neil Druckmann offered that the ending will be a huge discussion point.
Here he is with IGN at a recent preview:
“I think people will discuss the ending. If focus tests are anything to go by, there will be some arguments about the ending…
…I’m excited. Indifference would be the worst thing. I would rather have people hate it than be indifferent to it. We’ll see how they react.”
Hey, as long as we’re not talking about an ending that draws the same type of ire that we saw with Mass Effect 3, I’m sure Druckmann and company are on to something solid. It’s good to have an ending that warrants discussion, and I love having those chats with close friends.
We’ll keep an eye out for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End news as it comes. Stay tuned.
