Seemingly without a care in the world.
I can’t explain what’s happening in these videos taken by Tom Tanner and uploaded by his son Wesley to Facebook. Sorry, they are vertical.
Wesley says his dad followed the car for around 15 miles before it stopped. First of all, that has got to be one of the worst feelings in the world to endure, just metal grinding on the pavement like that. I cringe just from the sound of it in the video.

Second, what on earth sort of state of mind do you have to be in to act like everything is fine? Blinkers on, staying within the inbound lane, cruising along. Ugh.
Perhaps the driver just didn’t understand the extent of the damage driving WITHOUT A TIRE would have on her RAV4. The car still technically works, right? THEN WHAT’S THE PROBLEM?
I don’t have any advice to give. Just… don’t do this. This cop’s face says it all:
