Watch this football fan nonchalantly invade the pitch to angrily berate his team

Football fans are never afraid to make their feelings known from the sidelines.

But few are bold enough to leave their seat, mount the advertising boards, invade the pitch, and angrily berate their team.

But that is exactly what one plucky Coventry City fan did during a League Two match against Forest Green at the Ricoh Arena on Tuesday evening.

The supporter chastised Coventry’s Marc McNulty and captain Michael Doyle.

When he left the pitch, he was escorted out of the ground by matchday stewards.

His intervention didn’t have the desired effect. Coventry lost the game 1-0.

West Midlands police are investigating the incident, according to Sky Sports.
