Weekend Motorsport Roundup; December 15-16, 2018

Welcome to the Jalopnik Weekend Motorsports Roundup, where we let you know what’s going on in the world of racing, where you can see it, and where you can talk about it all in one convenient place. Where else would you want to spend your weekend?

This weekend is a little quiet as far as big banner events go; the highlights most people will probably be interested in would be GT cars at the Gulf 12 Hours in Abu Dhabi (which actually started streaming Friday night) and the Formula E race in Ad Diriyah, Saudi Arabia which started in the middle of the night as well.

I did find some other racing stuff to watch too, but it’s not all live action.

Believe it or not this is my first time rounding up the motorsports, so if there’s anything I missed I’d appreciate you dropping it into the comments!

All times in EST.
