Shipping containers always make for a good backdrop because they are colorful and visually interesting, but mundane enough that they don’t take anything away from the subject of the photograph. In this case, the silver of the Viper stands out to the eye because it isn’t bright and colorful like the containers behind. This is an excellent juxtaposition.
Even better, I normally don’t care much for silver cars, but a semi-boring color on an extremely exciting car makes for an interesting expression. There is no reality in which a Viper will blend into the crowd, but this one is a bit understated in a staid shade. I dig it.
This photo was provided by Jonathan Brobst, who is also the owner of this Viper, and we thank him for it. Is it nice enough to be your wallpaper this week? You decide!

And in a trend that I absolutely love, Jonathan sent along a portrait orientation photo for use on cell phones screens. This is my new iTelephone background. Nicely done.
